The WAYNABOX package sent to the Customer grants the right to a transport service provided by the operator of the selected flight, as well as accommodation at the selected establishment, along with any additional services included in the package, if applicable.

The provision of the service is subject to the specific conditions of the service providers, particularly those established in the general terms and conditions of carriage. Once WAYNABOX assigns the services and providers, travelers will be informed, and it is their responsibility to obtain information directly from the provider regarding any specific conditions (such as boarding times, baggage restrictions, etc.). Any refusal by a service provider to provide the service for the above reasons will not be considered a breach of contract and will not entail any liability for WAYNABOX or the provider concerned. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary documentation to travel to the possible destinations, such as passports, visas, etc.

The user is responsible for obtaining the boarding pass and completing the online check-in on the website of the selected flight operator, following the instructions provided in the email with the flight and accommodation details. WAYNABOX shall not be responsible for any charges imposed by the operator due to check-in and boarding issues, such as failure to print the boarding pass, excess baggage, etc.

If a flight changes its schedule or is canceled, WAYNABOX may assist the user in initiating a claim with the travel service provider or through third parties. In any case, the Customer must submit any claims directly to the service provider.

The service providers included in the WAYNABOX packages are reputable companies duly licensed to operate their activities.
