When you buy a gift, you receive a code (either as a PDF or inside the physical box). Once you enter the code in the redemption section of our website, you can pick the date and complete the booking. All online and super fast.

The validity is 2 years, but if your voucher is about to expire and you can’t travel, you can contact us during the last month of validity to renew it for another year. You can do this indefinitely, year after year, at no extra cost. We want it to be used!

Our vouchers are very flexible. Even if they come with an initial pre-configuration, you can use them for another one of our experiences without any problem. If the cost is higher, you’ll need to pay the difference, and if it’s lower, a new voucher will be generated with the remaining value for you to use later.

Of course! When redeeming your trip, you can add extra travelers or days by paying the corresponding fee.

Nothing goes to waste here! When this happens, a new voucher is automatically generated, and you’ll receive it to use on our website. For example, if you have €20 left, you’ll have €20 to use for another adventure.

It’s always possible to redeem the voucher without paying any extra. However, some high-demand dates may have a supplement (booking in advance helps minimize this). This way, you’ll always have the full calendar to choose your date.
